Hi – I’m Tom.
I help Internal Audit and SOX Professionals Succeed

When done right, Internal Audit can have an enormous positive impact on its organization.

I believe this so much that, in 2014, I founded a networking and training organization to help Internal Audit leaders make a bigger impact.

Through this organization, I met the AuditBoard co-founders who shared my beliefs.

For the last 12 years, I’ve now helped thousands of Internal Auditors with their impact.

Now, I run an Internal Audit and SOX compliance training company and community that provides modern, contemporary " how-to” best practices, to help Internal Auditors with their impact, to get promoted faster, and to make more money.

When not working on the Internal Audit Collective, I’m spending time with my wife Lauren, and our three children, Brynn, Connor, and Liam.

I write about six topics to help Internal Audit and SOX practitioners improve.
